Appraisal for subordinates

Filling in the appraisal forms for staff is easy, however, it is not an easy task to be an appraiser for interviewing with subordinates.

God, please give me strength and speak in truth for the appraisals. As some rank high but some are in very bottom positions among all staff, please give me wisdom on explanation and give them encouragement.
