I am an Engineer? Businessman? Assistant Manager?

I spent one year time to work on my workshop and feel quite satistactory. Acting as engineer is great because I can renovate (fan tin fok dai) the workshop:

- Workshop interior setting
- Evaluating the engine overhaul workflow
- Application of new tools
- New engine testbed
- Create the new injector/ pump test room

Everything is new this year.....

What should I do in the coming year?....

No one force me but I force myself......

1. HIT engines (Terminal 4,6,7,9) .....
2. COSCO-HIT engines (Terminal 8East) .....

Enough? No........

3. ACT engines (Terminal 8West) .....
4. RTT engines (Tuen Mum port) .....

- Am I too honest to tell my manager that I can take balance (without earning) only last year but now I can make profit for $20,000 for each engine overhaul task?

- On next monday I employed a new staff to clean the engine parts. The coming time I may need to employ one more staff for engine overhaul task..... should I expand the workshop in such fast speed?

- Should I keep searching the cheaper OEM engine parts from other sources? And why I really can dig those companies out?

- Should I further improve the subordinates performance and efficiency? Am I giving them pressure? Do I concern them much?

- What should I do to bingo the job bid from RTT and ACT? Do I get enough wisdom? Is my team competitive enough?

- How can I perform the best in PARTNERSHIP and NEGOTIATION with external parties?
